The luck of the Irish was with visitors at COATS day centre in Crowthorne recently when they celebrated St Patrick’s Day.
With an Irish manager and an Irish cook, the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations were bound to carry on into Tuesday. Nearly 50 regular visitors celebrated with a lunch of Irish stew followed by chocolate Guinness cake. Everyone had a small shot of Guinness (alcohol free of course). There was lots of shamrocks, silly hats and some dancing and singing to finish the day off.
