Jeremy Clarkson has candidly addressed his recent health transformation, revealing he has lost around three stone (≈19 kg) since the start of the year — a change that he says has left him feeling more energised, active and healthier than he has in years. GB News
The Top Gear, The Grand Tour and Clarkson’s Farm star shared the update while promoting his upcoming ITV quiz show Millionaire Hot Seat, set to launch in January 2026. Alongside discussing the fast-paced new spin-off of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, Clarkson spoke about how his weight loss has improved his life. GB News
Clarkson credited part of his weight loss to medical weight-loss injections, which he said boosted his energy levels and helped him stay more active. Since his health scare and heart surgery last year, he’s also made lifestyle changes — walking more, sleeping better, and adjusting his diet to avoid snacking and processed foods. GB News
He joked that his renewed vitality even affects everyday things: “Yes, I walk further, I have got more energy … I’m energised,” he said, adding that his trousers keep falling down as he continues to slim. GB News
Clarkson also spoke about the personal motivations behind his transformation, including wanting to stay healthy for his grandchildren. After early setbacks with one medication that made him feel unwell, he found success with another that curbed his appetite and helped him shed significant weight. GB News
Despite his new routine — including trying low-impact Reformer Pilates, something he never expected to enjoy — Clarkson insisted he has no plans to slow down. He joked that without work he’d “rot,” and remained upbeat about both his health and his latest TV project. GB News
