Independent Estate Agent Blends Smart Technology with Local Roots to Redefine Home Moving in Wokingham

Dach Real Estate, a modern independent estate agency, has launched with a clear mission: to deliver a more transparent, flexible and client-focused property experience for homeowners and buyers across Wokingham, Finchampstead, Arborfield, Crowthorne and surrounding areas.

Built to reflect how people actually live and move today, Dach Real Estate combines cutting-edge technology with a genuine local office presence – setting it apart from both traditional high-street agencies and the growing number of self-employed, desk-less agents.

“Our business is designed to work in the same way people now expect services like Uber, Deliveroo or Amazon to work,” said Erin Henderson, Founding Partner at Dach Real Estate. “Clients can self-serve when it suits them – booking valuations and viewings online, outside of typical office hours, and during peak searching times. But crucially, that convenience never comes at the expense of personal service.”

Sellers working with Dach Real Estate are given access to their own dedicated app, allowing them to track the marketing of their property in real time, review interest, and confirm viewing requests whenever they choose. “It puts homeowners firmly in control,” Erin added. “They’re never left wondering what’s happening with their sale.”

While the business embraces smart automation and digital tools, Dach Real Estate deliberately maintains an off-the-high-street office presence – offering clients reassurance, accountability and a real team behind the brand. “We believe the future of estate agency isn’t purely online or purely traditional,” said Erin. “It’s about combining efficiency, accessibility and transparency with trust, experience and local knowledge.”

Every client also benefits from a direct point of contact with the Founder, Luke Strzadala, who has been selling property in the local area for nearly two decades. Luke has previously held senior positions at some of Wokingham’s best-known high-street estate agencies, as well as within respected independent businesses. Drawing on that experience, he has distilled the strongest elements of both corporate structure and independent flexibility to create an agency designed for the modern market.

“Technology should enhance the service, not replace the human element,” Luke said. “Our clients know exactly who they’re dealing with and can speak to me directly throughout their move.”

Dach Real Estate has also embraced the use of artificial intelligence to enhance – not replace – its customer service, introducing an intelligent webchat system that operates as an extension of the team rather than a traditional “chat bot”. Buyers and sellers can use the webchat on the company’s website to ask questions, request information, and even book viewings or valuations instantly. “We don’t use AI to deflect or dilute customer enquiries,” said Luke. “We treat it like another member of our team, working on the basis that it provides the same information someone would receive if they picked up the phone and called us.”

Dach has partnered with AI technology firm AIVA, which was originally developed for the hospitality industry, where instant responses are critical to securing bookings. “If a hotel or restaurant can lose a booking by not responding quickly enough, the same applies to property,” Luke added. “We don’t see why securing interest in one of our sellers’ homes should be any different. This ensures enquiries are handled immediately, even outside traditional office hours, while still maintaining the quality and accuracy our clients expect.”

Luke’s connection to the area runs deep. His grandparents relocated to Emmbrook in the 1970s, and he now lives in Finchampstead, where his children attend local schools. “This isn’t just where I work – it’s where my family’s roots are,” Luke explained. “That local insight makes a real difference when advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy and the realities of moving in this area.”

Dach Real Estate positions itself between the extremes of corporate high-street agencies and solo self-employed agents – offering the professionalism, structure and visibility of an established firm, alongside the flexibility and personal service of a modern independent.

“We’ve built Dach to give clients the best of both worlds,” Luke concluded. “By encapsulating the best of corporate and independent estate agency, we’ve created an estate agency built for today – smart technology that works around real life, backed up by proper local expertise, accountability and a physical presence. Clear advice, exceptional communication, and a genuinely better moving experience.”

The team invites homeowners considering a move, or those simply curious about their property’s value, to start a conversation and experience a smarter way to move by visiting their website – www.dach.property – or calling the team on 0118 321 0693.
