Visitors to a Wokingham day centre were entertained by some very special guests this week.
WADE day centre had a visit from Berkshire Birds of Prey with a range of feathery friends. The family-run business based in Bracknell has a range of birds from barn owls and tawny owls to kestrels, hawks and falcons. Visitors got to get up close and personal with some of the birds and found out a lot more about them.
A spokesman said: “We all had a great time meeting these magnificent birds.”
WADE aims to give members a break from their own homes, and day respite for their carers, whether immediate family, relations or professionals, who can be confident that their dependants are being well looked after in a caring and professional environment.
