Hurst Panto Group is excited to announce that they have found a new producer for the next production.
They are pleased to introduce Emily Grant who is very much looking forward to working with the panto team on the next production.
If anyone is interested in treading the boards, you are invited along to the Castle Pub at 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 3 to meet Emily.
Emily said: “I have a bit of experience in theatre – I took performing arts at university and am now in a choir doing fairly good sized shows and also work planning corporate events so have a good understanding of all the moving cogs involved.”
At the meeting the team will be looking at the dates for this year’s pantomime, and asking those people who have been involved before if they would be able to get involved again and in what capacity.
They would also welcome any new people who would like to become part of the amazing team who put on this show every other year.
Hurst Pantomime Group has performed 10 pantos in the village hall since 2003. They performed their tenth production to sell-out audiences in January last year, gaining glowing praise all round. A Lad in the Wild West told the classic Aladdin story but set in Nevada for a cowboy-themed twist.
