Commencing with an opening cacao ceremony to establish intentions, participants embarked on a collective journey after a brief warm-up guided by Alison. The aim was to disconnect from the mind and embrace a free-flowing connection with the body, devoid of self-judgement or apprehension of external judgement. Movement was deliberate, instinctive, and spontaneous, allowing the vibrations of the sound to resonate freely within.
The event was open to those aged 16 and above, fostering a safe environment. Participants were encouraged to move or dance barefoot, or with grip socks. Photography and videography occurred during the event.
Attendees gathered to join this welcoming and expanding community!
Please be advised that by purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledged that Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy bears no responsibility for any injuries or harm sustained during the event, under the condition that participants dance only as they feel comfortable.
