Earley’s Senior Park Ranger retired recently after more than 25 years with Earley Town Council.
During his time with ETC, Grahame played an instrumental role in promoting conservation and biodiversity around Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve and across Earley. He always had a real passion for the world around him and raised awareness of important environmental issues throughout his time at ETC.
Many residents will be familiar with the wildflower beds across the town and Grahame’s walks and talks about moths, butterflies and bats.
Over the years, Grahame played a fundamental role in many local groups such as Earley Environmental Group and Earley Adopt a Street Initiative.
