Hundreds gathered in Woodford Park in Woodley on Sunday to celebrate King Charles III’s Coronation.
The day also saw the unveiling of a living wall to mark the Coronation.
Woodley Town Mayor Cllr Janet Sartorel said: “In honour of King Charles III, Woodley Town Council has created a Living Wall. It represents King Charles’ longstanding advocacy for environmental issues, as well as the Council’s commitment to climate change action.
“We hope this will be a pleasing space for all to enjoy and another important step forward in climate change action.”
Living walls are an innovative way to introduce sustainable planting to vertical surfaces.
