The Prime Minister was on the campaign trail in Henley today visiting Leander Club with Wokingham Conservative candidate Lucy Demery.
But while sitting by the river, the Lib Dems could be seen sailing past in the background waving placards. Police could be seen surrounding the rowing club which is also the oldest non-academic rowing club in the world, founded in 1818.
Mr Sunak was also joined by the Conservative candidates for Henley Caroline Newton. During his visit he was put to work cleaning the hull of a boat and enjoyed a cup of tea on the riverbank where he caught up with members of the rowing club.
